United players might have trained a bit too hard this week. Already lost Herrera and a couple other guys limping.

Edit: Now Mata off. What a horribly unlucky start for United.

Well certainly no excuses for Liverpool now. A loss would be truly humiliating.

And that is why you start your high risk injury players or not at all.
A substitution wasted.

What would worry me if I was a Liverpool fan is they simply don't appear to have the killer edge to finish the job. Not the first time this season they looked limp and played conservatively. Hoping City choke seems a terrible strategy.

We're 1 point ahead of City with the same Games Played. Remember, we're supposed to be the ones chasing them.

Put the hammer away, theres no need to 'Break Glass in Case of Emergency' just yet.

Yeah, we didnt thrash the hell out of United at Old Trafford because the entire footballing world saw that coming.

You were seven points ahead with the same amount of games not that long ago. And yeah, had it been known Herrera would be off within 20 minutes and Liverpool would have been effectively playing against 10 men for more than an hour, most people would have said a Liverpool win. Instead, United had more shots on target and looked more threatening going forward.

Panic? No, but today did not convince anyone, including Liverpool fans or players, they will have what it takes to finish this. Pathetic effort really.

Spin, spin, spin.

No, Remember, you were once 10 points clear of City. You're the club that should be well out in front. Remember?

You failed to beat a severely depleted team missing five regulars with two youngsters in midfield and a one legged forward. The only worry was if Shaw was going to get booked for not letting shoulders out of his pocket so he could be substituted.

Henderson didn't look as if he was worried on his way to the bench. Not at all.

And that high line on free kicks will cost you big time, guaranteed.

Sorry, I didnt realize that this was your first time watching the Premier League, I'll adjust my commentary accordingly.

You see, sometimes the team that is leading at times doesnt lead from start to finish. Lots of games, competitions, injuries, things happen.

Just keep watching, you'll see.

United were missing two key players in Matic and Martial, then lost arguably their most important player right now in Herrera after 20 minutes, then lost Mata, then lost Lingard. All three subs in the first half, Rashford battled through injury and should have been taken off too.

seriously, if you can't win that game you simply don't deserve to be champions. Choking again.
