This has probably been posted, but I searched the last few pages and couldn't find it. As far as I know currently City of Calgary and Calgary Police Services do not need volunteers, but if you want to volunteer the Calgary Drop-in Centre has been evacuated to 4804 Edmonton Trail NE and is looking for volunteers as well as supplies (food, blankets, coffee, etc.)

This is only for those living in the NE. You can't really get to Edmonton Trail from the south now, unfortunately.

Watching the american news channels for any updates on the flooding and just saw a paid advertisement by Senator Cruz for
"abolishing the IRS"
Now, his SuperPac was listed... can't help but think this is just a money grab on some poor people who think something would actually happen if they donate.

It wasnt when we left about 1.5 hours ago. It has to rise significantly before that area will be affected.
