He should. Could this be more obviously rigged. No fn way that is a goal. Just ridiculous. Any other team and the whistle went before the goal or the intent was to blow the whistle. I have never in my life seen a more obvious fixed series in pro sports.

EDIT: a better argument for “rigged” would be the whistle blowing that play down when the puck was clearly loose.

It does frustrate me how close the Flames got with the last core only to have the apex of it essentially be the worst moment in team history for the last 30 or so years.

Eichel and Stone should have both been Flames and here they are scoring the game winer and the insurance goal in the final game of the playoffs. So close and yet so far.
