blocked into the ball? I thought every punt that hit the kicking team first, the guy is blocking or being blocked. No guy purposely touches the ball.

Great game by the Pats...the young guys are getting better every week. Kenbrell Thompkins is going to be a very good receiver!
Pats D is looking pretty damned good....

Cowboys bench takes a 15 yard penalty arguing over 10 yards.

The Cowboys will find a way to lose this one, like they always do.

LOL...every team in the NFL does that...or every offensive line. The CFL calls most of them, the NFL ignores most.

Cushing calls fans reaction to Schaub 'barbaric' #Texans

Duane Brown said, “It’s disgusting. I don’t want to address them first; I want to address the fans that were there until the end cheering us on into the tunnel. We appreciate you loyal fans and the fans that stick by us. For the fans that cheered when he got hurt, that’s disgusting.
Quote:
“That is just tactless and tasteless,” running back Arian Foster said. “I was extremely heated at that. They have to go home and look at themselves in the mirror and if they were born to hurt a man, that’s fine. They can do what they do. The fans can get emotional."
Quote:
“No class,” Johnson said. “It’s bad when members of the other team are saying that’s messed up that they would do something like that. It just shows no class. It wasn’t all of the fans, but those are the same people when you’re out somewhere with your family and you tell them they can’t have an autograph right now, they are the same people that tell you you’re rude. It’s no class. It just shows what they’re all about"

Cornerback Jonathan Joseph was more concise, via Paul Gallant of SportsRadio 610 in Houston: “They gonna do that, don’t show the f–k up.”
Well done Houston. Enjoy all the horrible karma that is coming.

Broncos OLB Von Miller's six-game suspension is over.
The 6-0 Broncos are about to get even better. Over the last two seasons, Miller has racked up 132 tackles, a jaw-dropping 30 sacks, eight forced fumbles and one interception. He's used his time off to get up to 262 pounds (he entered the NFL at 246 pounds) while trimming down to 10 percent body fat. IDP owners can get Miller back in lineups right away.

Was on the road most of yesterday, finished the Saints/Pats game overnight. That one stung, looked like they had already wrapped it up earlier. Agreed with MM about the offence blowing it. D stops the Pats O on 4th down deep in their own zone, then later gets the INT that should've sealed it. You just can't give Brady that many chances to run a 2/4min offence.

When Brees gets frustrated I find he tries to force it downfield a lot, even that amazing Stills catch was a dangerous throw into double coverage. Pats D did a good job on him. But as mentioned, if you have to lose, doing it on the road against a top team in the other conference is pretty much best case scenario. Still though, yecchhh...

The Colts led by their power running game and stellar defence take this one. Words cannot describe how weird those words feel to type out.

Colts pass defence is good but rush defense is almost a league worst.

The Colts are hoping that the Chargers try to run at them tonight. Ryan Matthews will last his usual 12 plays, than it's the frightening duo of Woodhead and Ronnie Brown, who catch passes very well, but can't really run all that effectively.

Rivers can't turn the ball over tonight, or this one will be a laugher. If he plays mistake free and the passing game is good, it should be a good game.

The way Gruden says "had to go to Canada" makes Canada sound like sort of 3rd world country.

Chargers with a good half defensively- Not getting in the end zone on their last drive might come back to hurt them though.

Colts cant count on anyone to catch the ball tonight. If the Chargers can string together another long drive and cap it with points they will be in a pretty good position
