I have to think that the Russians might be hinging on desperation here to start making it's moves before they run out of time. Pretty easy to see that they're testing NATO because they want the Territory from the Baltic States back, and want to push into Poland far enough so they can regain the natural Geographic barriers they had in the days of the U.S.S.R.
They're encroaching on Estonian airspace now, after their testing of drones in Polish space last week.

Today, no one but ourselves can guarantee security. Only strong alliances. Only strong partners, only our own weapons. The 21st century isn’t much different from the past. Great news about the US weapons, but holy ####. Why did they dither and delay so long while Ukrainians fought on?
Russia is the enemy. Period, full stop.
Give Ukraine the means to push them back, and to defend their borders in the future.
Because unless I've missed something, these weapon packages are weapons Europe is buying (or paying for in full if you like like) and donating to Ukraine.
So all US is actually doing currently is allowing it's supposed allies to buy weapons from them, but obviously the US is going to call it "support" when it's convenient for them.

Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil refineries are clearly having an impact, because this fuel was being imported from Belarus into Russia. Got a bit derailed, "unfortunately".
As the commentary on the video says, it's unclear whether this was an accident or sabotage, but I guess the important part is the pretty fire.
