Can't wait for tonight! Saints/Bears with all the beans on the line baby!
Got my last final exam of the semester in 20mins before a long Christmas break, then as soon as I get home the game will be starting. And to top it all off the roomie's goin to his Christmas party and will be gone all night, so I can absolutely crank the theatre speakers. Doesn't get much better than that!
I'm so jealous of the 6pm Sainters. So relaxed and stress-free, with his ice cold beer and movie star looks. Curse that handsome devil!

Who is behind center for the Pats now? I'm assuming he will still play Sunday especially with the game being on the west coast. Just off the top of my head, Favre, Trent Green, Len Dawson all played immediatly after their fathers died.

Does anyone know what the weather is like in Chicago tonight? I'm trying to decide whether to start Brees or McNabb in fantasy playoffs. Brees has been good all year but McNabb gets the Browns in Philadelphia on Monday night.

Scratch LJ off the list. The spread offense doesn't really help the running game in KC.

Cool, 24 degrees F. 20 MPH winds tonight is what I've seen forecasted.

Marshall
Moore
Driver
Berrian loses value with Jackson back in, Manning will spread out the ball against Dallas, Nate Washington will get killed if he passes a catch, and I just picked Driver over Royal because.....welll I dunno.

I think a QB and two WR from the same NFL team in a fantasy playoff game, playing on the road against a good team is a bit risky, so I agree there.

On the Saints boards one guy's in Chicago right now and said its about 15 degrees with 25mph wind gusts, he said its brutal. Not to mention that after last week the Saints are probably going to continue sticking with the ground game. I benched Brees in my playoff game this week in favour of Warner(that's right, I have both).

This is one weird game. Turnovers are keeping the Saints in it tonight. All of the scores are from either special teams or turnovers.
If they don't get away from running with Thomas, I think they have a chance. Though that isn't exactly one of Sean Payton's strengths.

Big INT by Fujita after a failed 4th down conversion. Big TD by Colston who hasn't been himself since he came back from injury. Now just hang on boys!!!

Local weatherman says there is 8" of snow on the ground in New Orleans right now. So much for the Saints going home to that balmy Gulf Coast weather!

When I was living down there, we were sent home from work one day because of the threat of freezing temperatures. I can only imagine what a cluster traffic is down there today.
I emailed everyone I knew down there and offered snowy driving tips...
Back to football, first OT game for the Saints this season.
THAT is why I hate the NFL interference rule...
Throw it deep and pray for the PI call. It should only be a 15 yarder, IMO.
