Agreed, I ####ing hate Trump and wish he would wither away but that last response was great.

I don't think Clinton performed very well overall, but Trump was much worse as usual. He said absolutely nothing tonight that would turn his campaign around or gain any extra votes. I think this election is basically over at this point. The 3rd debate won't even matter.

It wasn't a great format. But as per usual Hillary laid out plans. For the most part, Trump just offered up his typical word salad.

I think Trump did enough to survive, the first 30 minutes were insane, but we likely won't see a mass exodus tomorrow now. At best for him though he probably didn't gain or lose any voters, but he obviously showed poor temperament again tonight and that will hurt him. Big question is does Pence bail?

You're surprised? There is no substance to any politician's comments on the environment because the United States as a country isn't going to do anything of substance and they know it.
They protect their economy and pass off putting pressure on other countries to screw themselves economically as "getting serious about the environment".
You ever notice that all you ever hear from Clinton, Sanders, anyone really, with respect to the environment is "People care about the ennnnvvviirrrronnnmmmeeennntttt" *young voters go crazy in the audience.
All they've got is stating that it's important and they know it. Keystone was their big bull**** target to act serious but that's over now.

The thought of Trump as president really makes me sick. There is not an ounce of substance to him. I have not heard a single specific point to how he is going to solve these perceived problems he imagines, where Hillary at least tries to address issues. He's just a vulgar, self serving child.

And now we wait to see if Pence is actually going to quit. I really hope he does, just for the media meltdown if nothing else.

I think image/temperament wise Trump didn't look as bad overall out of this debate because the moderators and format held his interruption and overbearing and rambling somewhat in check.
Content wise it was a dumpster fire for the first half, the stuff about Bill, throwing Clinton in jail, answering Islamophobia with fear mongering... crazy.
The real question is what does this change for Trump? He needed a complete victory to stop the tide, and I don't think he came even close.
He didn't throw a punch so I think that may stem the tide of GOP lining up against him for a while until the video fallout hits the polls.

There was some rumbling about that last night, but later it was more that he's coaching Trump what do. Do you have something more recent?

Pence just tweeted support for Trump so I don't think he's leaving.

My son, he's great at cyber. ISIS uses cyber. Clinton rapes cyber to use against ISIS and now Hillary is going to raise your taxes and emails.

If I were Trump I would have shed a tear and show some real remorse.
