Yuck. Any excitement for this final just goes down the drain with this officiating. Weak calls followed by make-up calls. A good game ruined by an official who I guess wants to be in the spotlight.

It's really too bad this game became such a mess. Was looking to shape into a nice night of hockey at some point. But I guess it was to be expected, the reffing was terrible from the beginning.

We all saw how well they've managed to do in a real live actual best on best hockey tourney.....which is basically only crack the top ten based on default.

Russia sucks at hockey.

The only tournament that matters is the Olympics so really doesn't matter to me one way or the other who wins the other tournaments. Was great to see some Flames who will be part of our future doing well though.

Saw the tail end of the game and the celebration, I actually liked them celebrating the way they did. It meant a lot to Ovechkin and maybe in a small way, it made up for the way the Olympics went for them.

Russia got their best players available went 10-0.
