Is anyone watching the game? Sounds like it was a nice one.

4-1 Friars! Jankowski roofs a shot on a 3-on-2 for Providence.

Jankowski featured throughout this highlight package:

0:20 Jankowski playing the half boards on the PP.
0:35 Jankowski feeding Kevin Hart on the PP for a one timer
0:40 Jankowski in front of the net on the PP for a good scoring chance
0:57 Jankowski takesaway the puck and participates on a 2 on 1
1:11 Jankowski scores a goal

It was also nice to see Jankowski on the ice in the final seconds as the Friars were trying to protect the lead. His coach obviously believes he's one of his best defensive players, which should translate well to the pros.

when they were visiting Colorado Jankowski was also on in the dying moments while behind and scored a game typing goal. Leaman is definitely comfortable with Janko out there in any situation.

Friars are playing again. Unless someone knows something I don't know, you have to stare at the game sheet to know what's happening.

CBS sports game tracker is usually better, however it doesn't even show the game underway despite being 1-0 for the Friars already

the Minutemen commentators were just talking about players turning pro early this summer and brought up 3 guys specifically. Gillies, Gaudreau and Hellebuyck a Jets goaltending prospect.

No, I'm pretty sure he's doing the same thing he's been doing the last 2 years...steadily developing.

Maybe the naysayers were a tad expeditious to write him off because he isn't an Olympian by now.
