Q400's travel 15-20 knots below the speed of light in regular cruise. The Encore machines broke the space-time continuum and arrived in November of 2002.

One of the new Westjet beasts just landed on Rwy 10 about 60 seconds ago.

Edit: According to stazzy33, I guess it fooled me when it disappeared behind the buildings!

One of them did just a fly by over runway 10 and turned north. I was fairly far away at my office on McKnight and Barlow, but should have been pretty decent for the photogs at the airport.

Scrap Beijing and do YYC-HKG instead.

That won't happen. I don't see YYC-PEK happening soon either, but if there's rumours... it must be true.

Since this "rumor" comes from Air Canada themselves, there just might some truth to it.

Look at slide 28 and 57.

20 minutes of some professionally filmed Plane / Airport Porn. Swiss Porn specifically, starring ZRH.

Bigtime, forget those still photos and do some of these!

I'm sitting in my car near runway 28. The new ATC tower is really nice looking. I hope I can up there one day.

Always can trust CP for the answers I need. I just had a co-worker say they saw a plane make a sharp turn just hardly off the ground, I had a feeling it might be the Nav Canada plane. Thanks for the answers! BTW: I work on Aero Drive, so I'm nice and close.

If you look closely enough at the old control tower from the east side, you'll notice the words "For Sale" pasted on the windows.

Don't think it is officially for sale, just something the departing controllers put up.

I did a search to see if this was posted but nothing came up - my apologies if it has already been posted. It's a sort of mini-documentary, and it's just under 15 minutes long. Bit of a departure from the last few posts in this thread (hope that's ok) but we watched it tonight and found it kind of interesting.

WWII pilot gets shown footage of his 1944 Spitfire crash that he's never seen until now.
