A couple possibilities: - Frank de Boer
- Joachim Löw
While they may not be 'big' managers, that could be very Arsenal-like considering the weakness of the board and that Wenger joined us from Nagoya Grampus.

Good suggestions. I could see Low not leaving though. He seems to genuinely love his job.

Where are you getting this information from?
I've heard the Charlton rumours from the pre Moyes appointment and that's it.
And SAF kind of hates Mourinho? Since when? As far as I know they've always been rivals, have always had a healthy respect for each other and are now considered pretty good friends.

Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini has defended himself in the wake of being branded a "thug" by former referee Howard Webb.
In the first leg at Anfield he appeared to elbow Emre Can -- though avoided any action from UEFA -- and then in the second leg on Thursday he was booked for making contact with Dejan Lovren with a flailing arm.
The 28-year-old accepts he is physical but insists he is not "dirty" and that the English game demands it.
"I like to win my challenge when I play a game. In England there are a lot of physical challenges so if you want to win the game you have to be aggressive and win your challenge.

Ref continues to screw West Ham. Foul was outside the area
Ivanovic entered the area before the penalty was taken, should be a rekick. This ref has been awful

The Score just texted me that United and Mourinho have reached a 'pre-contract agreement.'
Whatever the hell that is.

According to the Spanish newspaper El País on Saturday night, a source from his agent Jorge Mendes’s company Gestifute has now confirmed the 53-year-old has already signed an agreement to move to Old Trafford last month, although United still reserve the right to change their mind.
“If United do not sign the final contract [with Mourinho] before 1 May, they must pay £5m; if by 1 June he’s still not signed, they shall pay another £10m,” read the report. “May is the key, because it’s the month in which the vast majority of the signings of players are closed and the plans formed.”.

El Pais are the worst. Didn't they claim a few weeks ago that Mourinho could return to Real and replace Zidane? Plus todays article was written by Diego Torres ... the guy who wrote a highly unfavorable Mourinho biography which was heavily criticized by both Mourinho and Mendes. Yeah, makes total sense that this guy of all people is still getting insider info from the Mourinho camp ...
I honestly believe Mourinho to United is done and dusted, but those proposed clauses are ridiculous. "Thanks for interviewing for the job. We might give it to you, but if not, don't worry, because we'll still pay you millions!"

keeping in mind it is Ed Woodward, the man who refused to pay a buyout clause only to pay more a few months later
but El Pais saying that if Man United don't appoint him manager they have a clause saying they pay him 15m is insane

Leicester keep getting the results.
11or 12 points from their last seven should more than get it done.

I initially thought he could have a swan song with Germany at the Euros and leave à la Conte. However, I've read that he's looking for these Euros to be the foreword of a victorious 2018 World Cup. If he loves the job that much, fair play to him.

Yeah, those clauses are insane. I got the text and then a few hours later went to look at the story and the details and only a crazy person would do this.
Especially as the article confirmed devo's information that Charlton and Ferguson are quite against him.

His assistant went on to be the Sporting Director for the DFB, so the usual chain of succession isnt really happening, from what I understand he loves his gig and if he wins these Euros he could conceivably become one of the top-paid managers in the game.

Bit of a meltdown by Liverpool. I wonder if Skrtel will get any blame at all....

What a coincidence that you ask who can replace Wenger or LVG and just yesterday I heard someone extol the qualities of your opposition's manager. In addition to Koeman, Cocou is another Dutchman popping up on the radar.
