Agreed and I'm not learning anything new except they like to shout over each other.
Notley really is pie in the sky and refuses to talk about her revenue estimates which is bizarre to say the least and goes back to her budgets where they completely over estimated revenues
As well she got her shorts yanked down in terms of the lie about the Conservatives not getting pipelines built.
David Kahn has come across as smug. Mandal is doing a decent job, but he looks like a crazy hobo, who got his suit at good will.
Nobody is going to land a major shot in this debate, its a waste of time and a regurgitation.

^ Mandel looks horrible. I know, I know, we shouldn’t judge on looks, but come one. Who is handling that guy? Put on a tie and a decent suit!

He has laid pipe in his youth. That might impact your opinion.

What he did in his past or even future private life is truly none of my business nor of any concern to me.

At the very least, string a tie around the back of your neck.

Nothing wrong to judge based on looks. The famous television debate of JFK vs Nixon in 1960 proves it.
His suit colour of choice and lack of tie, for a professional top level job in Alberta, a conservative province, is puzzling.

Watching Mandel really furthers my thought that the Alberta Party would be a lot stronger if Clark never stepped down.
He's holding his own in the middle ground well enough but he just doesn't come across as intelligent and well spoken as Clark does

Interesting perspective.
I think it's a deliberate folksy neighbourly appeal.

If this ends up a divisive tie that's a win for the UCP. IMO, Notley needed an unforced error like last time (Math is hard).

I guess, but he looks instead like he couldn’t be bothered to look the part. It’s like when people tell you they’re super casual and relaxed, and really their disheveled and disorganized (if that makes sense).

Is it true Alberta is the only jurisdiction in North America that prevents parents being notified about GSAs?

I agree.
It's an appeal to a different kind of voter I think. I think it's partly an appeal to seniors.
He's dressed like he's giving a presentation at the local rotary club.

I don't disagree, but it's worth mentioning it's definitely something I really don't care about

Me neither. Then he immediately lost even the remotest possibility of getting my vote when I heard he wants to introduce a PST. Bye bye, you clearly don’t have the understanding of this province to be its leader.

This segment raised something I would like to know more about: the two caucus members who were accused of sexual misconduct. I think it’s egregious that the government can hide what appears to be a criminal matter.
