I'm sorry to Gulutzan and his family.
I don't think the Flames played the right way, but I really do believe the inept powerplay killed this team's confidence.
Dave Cameron owes these guys a job. Terrible hockey mind.

I think it is too bad people feel they have to cheer for someone else's firing. How would people feel if they new there were people cheering about losing their job (whether they deserved it or not).
I don't know if they deserved to be fired or not. It is a results based business so if management feels like they are not the right guys, then firing the coaching staff is the right thing to do. As a fan, I hope that this is the right move and the next group of guys that come in are the right guys.
