Yep, that's why Pennsylvania has some of the most archaic alcohol control laws in the country outside of Utah. Something weird about being a commonwealth vs being a state.
I've never been a patriotic person (I always cheer for Canada in international tournaments), and nights like this are absolutely 100% why.
