Trump's proven time and time again he can post whatever and say whatever and do whatever and everyone will just roll over for him. People will protest on twitter and social media, which don't accomplish much but at least keep some people informed, and the real protests aren't being covered by the media so virtually no one knows they exist.

H1-B is pretty common visa for doctors, but they're are several other visas not subject to that 100k that would work for docs. H1-B is most typical in tech jobs. It's probably the lowest standard requirements for visas. Or was. Or probably more accurately has the broadest range of possibilities for a visa application

The fascist playbook says no. You leave the ineffectual institution opposition in place. You let them fight in the institutions, when they lose you tell everyone they are losers, and when they win you ignore the institutions.
