Just how constrained will Trump be if he gets back into office? The answer is not at all. Look at how the court, time and again, has taken every possible legal gymnastic to help Trump (and Trump loyalists) to the maximum extent possible. This includes "interpreting" the constitution in obscene, absurd ways.
