Berrettini couldn't take the court against Rune earlier today as he had to withdraw with an oblique injury, Matteo is the new Milos, big serve, big forehand and unable to stay healthy.

This Djokovic - Musetti match has featured six breaks of serve in the seven games played thus far in set 2.

Edit: And now we're arguing about marks on the Monte-Carlo clay. Novak is not happy.

Edit 2: Hawk-Eye replay showed the ball was out. Umpire's decision was in. We play on.

So... yeah... if you break someone 5 times in a set you deserve to win the set. If you break DJOKOVIC 5 times in a set someone should make a statue of you or something. Completely ridiculous, on to set 3.

Rain delay in Monte-Carlo - Hopefully not too long. Medvedev vs. Zverev follows the conclusion of this match.

Rain delay helps Djokovic as he can rest the arm a bit and regroup mentally, he was pretty frustrated there.

Play has resumed in the Djokovic - Musetti match.

Edit: Musetti breaks and is serving at 4-3 in set 3. The crowd is firmly behind the Italian.

Edit 2: Consolidates the break and is one game away from the biggest win of his career.

The backhand cross court winner at deuce down 4-5 was unreal. Vintage Djokovic. 3 match points saved... here comes a fourth after a drop shot that looked good right until it caught the tape. This has to be it.

EDIT: Yep, it was.

Both Djokovic and Musetti had the same number of winners at 26. Unforced errors were Musetti 32, Djokovic 46

Daniil Medvedev is doing his best Denis Shapovalov imitation today.

Edit: Death, taxes, and Zverev unable to close out a match. We're going three.

I do enjoy it when Medvedev has the crowd on his back, usually makes him better.

Why on Earth would anyone cheer for Zverev over Medvedev?! These people suck.

Zverev serving for the match at 5-4 in set 3 and gets broken to love. Rinse, repeat lol

That was a total chokefest. Like a choking championship. Zverev fails twice to serve it out, then Medvedev goes up 5-2 with 2 serves to win the match and loses 4 straight points. Then Zverev gets match point and a 2nd serve and can't even get the return in play. Then he gets a match point on his OWN serve and basically plays the most tentative point of the match giving Medvedev back control. Finally Medvedev converts his first MP with a big serve.

Just goes to show, you can't hope to out-choke Sasha Zverev; he's been practicing for years on his girlfriends.

Drive-by handshake from Zverev as well. Tough to understand why he has as many fans as he does.
