I don't know if Southgate is having a Roy moment but he's standing there doing nothing as his team is being overrun when he had the talent on the bench to stretch tired legs.

No man....the idea was right, albeit flawed but the execution was awful.
He is lucky to still be on the pitch. If this wasnt a Final that would likely have been harsher.
