Hope Acklin is okay, that was a scary hit he took in the endzone just now. Nothing dirty about the hit, just a terrible result.

That turnover on downs play is typical CFL. You need 10 yards and your receiver runs a 5-7 yard route.

Well, this game has confirmed two things for me: 1. Edmonton will be a legit contender for a playoff game in the west (helps that no one in the division is separating themselves). 2. Chris Jones ####ing sucks at coaching CFL football

I'll add one more point... Obviously the west is wide open, but arguably this entire league is wide open.
I mean, if 9-1 Montreal can almost lose that game against the 3-7 Elks at home, on the night their starting QB comes back... I don't know. Could be an interesting November in the CFL, that's for sure.

The esks should have kicked the field goal instead of that 3rd down gamble since they still had a time out. Cost them the game.
