Both are Americans with 1 and 2 years from UFA. This is the exact package I would propose to the Devils
1st in 23 and 24, Zacha, Smith, Bratt and Holtz would be something I’d be interested in

Way too much risk that the 1st turns into Bedard. Which isn't to say that it's likely, but CAR is the only team you listed that can feel pretty safe about not being in the lottery.
FLA is the only team that has traded their '23 1st without any protection at this point.

Tree would never do that.
Tree doesn’t always acquire Travis Hamonic, but when he does it’s for a 1st and two 2nd round picks.
