Updated standings
No major change except TimSJ is solo winner with 5/10 slotted. 3thirty stays at 4&7.
I will note how unlucky DFO has been though. Tied for the most correct Top 10 picks with woob, but 2nd worst on the correct slotted.

Would have preferred they reduced RBR's 2023 budget by the half million that was definitely over. It seems the other 1.3M was an administrative/reporting error, or something.

Haha. The Alonso ruling gets tossed because Haas was told they had an hour to get the protest in but the rules say 30 mins. Very F1-y.
The RB penalty seems reasonable. They get 63% of wind tunnel time. Mercedes, assuming they finish 3rd, gets 84%. Edit: Sam Collins tried explaining the difference to RB. I think it results in 10 hrs less wind tunnel time vs Ferrari. I’d have to listen to his explanation again as it was a bit confusing but I think that was the jist.
