A buddy of mine thinks Sansa is pregnant with Ramsay's baby because of her saying that she will be never be rid of him and with this show we don't actually know how long that plot line actually was.

Medical substances meant to induce abortion are commonly produced across Westeros, particularly a drink known as "Moon tea" (made from a mixture of medications, including pennyroyal). Moon tea can be produced upon request by castle maesters, as well as woods-witches.
Considering the backstory Sansa has, and how every single man has basically screwed her over, it would be the ultimate victory if she emerged on top after all is said and done.
This vid has is a look through the English history that GoT is basically based upon and draws the conclusion that Sansa will win if the story continues to mirror the history that so much of it is based upon.

Just re-watched the episode. How did Sansa know Ramsey hadn't fed his dogs in 7 days? She bolted well before he brought that up. I'm sure the easy answer is someone told her but that little detail would be the furthest from everyones mind since the battle had just ended.
Maybe a small editing glitch, just stuck out to me on the 2nd viewing.

just tell your family, friends and workplace that you'll talk to them again in a couple of days...and how excited you are for the prequel series on the war between the Valyrian Freehold and Ghiscari Empire.

She wasn't at the pre-battle weigh-in? Isn't that when Ramsey mentioned it?
