I'm not the biggest McCarthy fan but j don't think he is on thin ice yet. This is a team that was one bad bounce away from the Super Bowl last year. I'd actually point more to Ted Thompson who refuses to bring in veteran help.
they were also one extremely bad call from losing to the Cowboys in the first round. The defense is just as much the problem as the offense is, just that Rodgers on offense is a bit more shocking. That defense can hardly get pressure and are a sieve through the air. I think there are a lot of things that need to be addressed in GB, unfortunately they are very good at addressing those needs through the draft year after year.

Except everyone associated with the NFL has said its the right call. Not to mention there was plenty of time left and Rodgers was shredding the Boys that half.

They are a good drafting team but they need to stop only using the draft. For years now they've needed help at TE, O Line and ILB and they refuse to use FA to address it. Now without jordy their lack of a decent TE has been really exposed.

Rodgers has to know the overload is going to attack his brand new left tackle and has to check the play or throw the ball away there.

It may have been the right call but it was hardly cut and dried as that. Not all NFL associated people agreed with that call. Either way, what they lucked out in the Cowboys game they had due back on them the next game. They just are not a very good team all around any more and i really cant imagine any FA would have put them over the top as a legit PO front runner this year

Megatron needs to lay out for that one. If he does its a TD

Protecting the QB is one thing but c'mon. It looked like Stafford was going to step out couple yards short so the Packers trying to avoid the "unnecessary roughness" penalty doesn't touch him and Stafford stays in and gets the first down. Kinds BS.

Welcome to the new NFL. I think if a QB is going to go out of bounds, they should have to turn and head directly at the sideline to be considered protected

I'd just change the rule for everyone. If you're running near the sideline and step on the white you can still be hit. Don't want to be hit? Get off the white sideline and get way out of bounds. This won't let the offense take advantage of tentative defenders

Well that was clear PI and no call. Refs are so bad that it basically evens out in the long haul, but they are truly atrocious.

Why wasn't Megatron on the field? Terrible defending. Terrible officiating

First, that was a perfectly thrown Hail Mary. Distance and loft allows the catch to happen. But second, he was wide open basically boxing out. That was horrific defense.
