I guess this thread is just as good as any other to announce our news.

Mrs. Regulator75 is pregnant with our first child and it's a boy.
She is due on Sept 19th.

Thanks all.

I know my photos will be changing in the near future, but I promise not too annoy everyone with a billion baby pics. Maybe just a few...

This is a three image vertically stitched photo merge.
Taken from the pedestrian bridge by cemetery hill on MacLeod Trail, zoomed in full at 300mm.

Seen at 300mm and f/9

I was very fortunate to be the best man in an unconventional wedding this past weekend. We were flown in by helicopter to Marvel Pass from Canmore. Obviously I have many, many pictures but here's a couple that I like:

Love the tilt shift, I think the HDR image would have been better without the HDR.

Did you make that HDR by having layers with different exposures stacked on top of each other and then erasing spaces on the upper layers where you wanted to show the layers underneath?
I've done that on some HDRs where the shapes are pretty easy to work with, but it definitely wouldn't be worth the time on that kind of image where you have so many tricky boundaries. Don't know if that's what you did, but if you're using PS you would probably get better results using the HDR tool rather than stacked layers for an image like that.
