I hope he said "Calgary sends its regards" as he did it.

This right here is why we can't have nice things and tip players factor in Canadian markets.
It was Treliving that walked him to Early free agency and Treliving that failed resigning JG. Don't blame the player one bit making a business decision. At least he gave 1 year notice of his intent . We didn't get nothing in return like Brodie, gio and JG.
I no longer Harbour I'll will . The Flames just can't accept going full rebuild . Not a player mistake more of a Calgary thing. Ottawa got it right with Brady ... the Flames fumbled every long term goal.

I'd be so embarrassed if I was Tkachuk. Millions of people are watching this and you get kicked out of the game every time you lose? Such a "clutch" performer.

yeah, embarrassed. He's had one of the most clutch playoff performances ever and has been in the conversation for Smythe, while being one of 2 reasons why his team is in the finals.
your post oozes of bitterness over any sort of fact or logical thinking.
He's proven many time over this playoffs that he's the real deal.

Between whistle play for sure but he has totally lost his #### in the finals
People can cry about the refs but if you are constantly doing stupid #### don't be shocked when you gain a reputation and no longer get the benefit of the doubt.
You can call it bitterness but reading articles and comments today it's not just Flames fans who think the guy needs to grow up... Bennett too but he is only 18 so we can give him a pass.

Cassidy has done a fantastic job getting his players to keep their eyes on the prize here. Tkachuk has tried really hard to goad Knights into doing something stupid but they are just letting him do his thing and turning the other cheek.

Tkachuk is such a punk. Just a dirty player. Stick behind the neck. Then all the slashes. Such a sore loser.

Florida could win this if Tkachuk the star turned up. Unfortunately, we’re getting Tkachuk the super pest.

He's clearly injured; barely played in the 3rd period and was hovering around the perimeter when on the ice at the end. Couldn't even go behind the net like he likes to.
Unless he recovers, he's playing at 50% now and "the star" ain't turning up anymore.

I suspect that he is playing injured right now. Of course, a lot of players are playing injured right now, so he isn't special in that regard, but I think it is affecting his ability to perform at his best.

What to wear though? Tkachuk Flames Jersey? Although I'm pulling for Vegas I would feel dirty to wear their logo.

The answer is a jersey of one of the teams playing, or no jersey at all

100% Tkachuk has an injured shoulder. He's not even close to being the same player. No way he takes 2 or 3 shifts in the third period if he is even 75%. His engagement along the boards is almost nil and when he does he rarely wins a puck battle. I'm just surprised Vegas hasn't gone after him more. I don't want to see him hurt but I would love to see Maurice lose his mind over it.
And I laugh in the general direction of anyone that still pines over Bennett. He's the same player as he was here with just better linemates. He still has a low hockey IQ, terrible awareness and vision on the ice, no clue how to use his linemates and is a trunover machine. He probably has zero to do with the majority of his points.
Florida is done unless there they get god mode performances from Bobrovsky and Barkov.

Yeah on sober second thought this is correct
I'm wearing clothes with no team affiliation on Tuesday...Raiders hat though but I have worn one of those every day since the 90s

That's actually a great idea. Then you can support Las Vegas without feeling bad about supporting a Flames division rival!

Matthew Tkachuk barely shot the puck — actually, basically didn’t shoot it — in warmups Saturday.
That was the first clear indication that while the concussion spotter may have temporarily pulled him from Game 3 after Keegan Kolesar’s mammoth open-ice check, something else significant was going on, perhaps a byproduct of the hit.
He was nailed on the left shoulder and landed awkwardly on the right shoulder.
When Game 4 started Saturday night, it was clear he was playing through something.
Checked along the boards in the first period, he visibly grimaced. At one point in the second, he tried to pick up his stick on the bench and just dropped it like he had a shoulder or collarbone issue. And after playing just four shifts in the third and sitting for a stretch of 10:41 with the hope of preserving what he had left for his latest late-game heroics, Tkachuk barely moved his upper body when he gingerly walked to his stall and talked to the press after the loss.

Not looking good for Tkachuk.

Anyone who watched the Canadian broadcast probably already knows about this, but I just found out about it and it's hilarious to me!
