Did Maloney say he was looking to acquire more players like Kadri? No, he did not. He said players like that are good to have, which I should have thought was an absolute platitude.

It's the team Canada pedigree. Binnington is on TC. Oiler logic is simple, if they're on TC, they're the bestest in the world. Many worlds? All of the world's!! Best in the galaxy.


Plus Binnington is a bit of a name brand compared to Skinner. And, Binnington is a bit of a spicy turd so he'd fit right in.
