Good to see Emma back and fully healthy and playing some good tennis. So much mental scar tissue for Sakkari when it comes to grand slams though, hopefully she can put those demons to rest one day.

I didn't think the Raducanoe had any float left in it, but shame on me for writing off a 21 year old. The draw looks clear now for a semi date with Coco.

Happy 9-7 in the 5th day! Today back in 2008 the greatest tennis match ever was played with Nadal winning 9-7 in the 5th.

Shapo and Shelton are going five as Denis breaks Ben and will be serving to kick off the final set.

Welp, it's over now. I mean, the winner gets Sinner so it's really not looking great for either guy.

So since Putintseva and Bianca are besties, I'm saying Yulia is a honorary Canadian for the rest of this fortnight.

Geez Woz, you might as well have bowed out to Leylah if you going to go out with a bagel and a breadstick to Rybakina.

Next year they should join the doubles circuit and pick up a few more trophies. Would significantly raise the profile of doubles tennis too.

Well, as usual of late when it comes to grand slams, Gaby Dabrowski is the last standing Canadian (still alive in women's doubles with her partner Erin Routliffe although she lost to Erin and her partner Michael Venus in mixed doubles).

Fritz coming back from two sets to love down to knock out the domestic abuser is the kind of content we can all use on a Monday.
