Although I predicted this series to be over in 5/6 games for the Oil, I’m becoming a Kings fan.

As of now it would be great to see a Kings vs Panthers/Leafs final.

The whining by Stauffer on CHED is music to my ears. Bitching and moaning about the call on Draisatl and saying that LA has more powerplays in the series despite being outshot in the series. Now he is saying tha LA has been gifted powerplays. Now you know what the rest of the league has felt playing you diving pricks for the last several years.

The Oilers have had some very weak calls go against them in this series - there shouldn't be any argument against that. The calls against Desharnais and Draisaitl in this game alone were likely two of the worst calls of the playoffs so far and the penalty against Kostin was marginal at best especially when in overtime a very similar action was performed by Danault. I do think that some of the criticisms are fair. The problem is though that with the continual complaining to the officials (like the game one overtime) you will never get the benefit of the doubt.

At the end of the day though they can only control their own games and would have to do better 5 on 5 in order to get more goals.

Great series to watch though.

I dunno in real time I thought the Kostin penalty was sort of obvious and the Draisaitl one- meh, its the kind of thing we saw go against Tkachuk time and time again- they don't always call it but don't put yourself in a position to have it called
