You think teams would understand not to claim OBJ because even a content OBJ is a locker room cancer but I think Urban may just go for it anyway. Really destroy Lawrence before he even gets a chance.

According to Sirius NFL radio he doesn't want to be claimed. They mentioned the Browns and OBJ's agent were trying to hammer out a solution that softens the blow on the Browns for releasing him while still making his contract not appealing in waivers. I would imagine his agent may tell teams he won't report if claimed.
You can never count out teams like the Patriots or Saints but if he clears waivers I would place my bets on him landing with the Raiders as they just restructured Jelen Richard's contract this morning so they have just under $4 million in cap space. It's clear they plan on acquiring a player.

Well yeah they have a WR spot open now. Unless he’s chasing cash I’d imagine he looks at Green Bay, they look to be a contender and are desperate at WR.

But why would Green Bay want another cancer? They already have a s***show with A-A-Ron. They also aren't known to take on a reclamation project. This has Patriots screaming all over it.
