Yeah it's Sheary, but still, to have McDavid on the front pic with 'Conor' is misleading.

Eventually a couple of expansion teams will be added which will nestle the Oilers into 16th.

Thats the point. Built up as Mcdavid vs Crosby (hence the photo) and Conor Sheary steals it with 2 goals.

Nice to see the usual Oil tonight. Blow a 3-1 lead and score on themselves in the last minute to lose.

The Pens dman number 8 on the second Oilers goal looked like NiK Grossman or G. Reinhart in a pens jersey. Looked horribly slowly and couldnīt turn to get a stick on what was an obvious and telegraphed centering play

So Edmonton gets the second half of both back to backs in Alberta of our next two opponents. Lots of favours in the schedule for them so far. Didn't have to leave Canada all of October either. I guess if there's a season for them to take advantage early, it's this one.

To be fair Calgary got Washington on the second half of a back to back so it goes both ways. What I do find odd is how many times a team will play Vancouver in between playing the Flames and Oilers.

Yah the Caps played in Edmonton then Back to back in Vancouver then Calgary. Seems like interesting scheduling but its the way she goes.

McDavid
True but the Caps only had the Canucks the night before us who played the Oilers the night before that. Caps had it easy.

4 out of the 5 Bakersfield Condors' top goal scorers are 25 years old or older
Meanwhile, 9 out the 10 top Stockton Heat scorers are 25 years old or younger
I'm not sure about the Oiler's player development practices...
