When you want to type the degrees symbol like in 30° C, hold down ALT and type 0, 1, 7, 6 on the number pad.

If you are ever doing any caulking arounds tubs and such and want a perfect caulk line, use painters tape on either side of whatever you are trying to seal, apply a generous line, smooth down with your finger and immediatley remove the tape. Presto!! Perfect lines.

Go give it a try, use windex or other glass cleaning product to spray it down and wipe it with newspaper.

Nope, this is actually an awesome technique for getting a streak free shine. It will get newsprint on your hands though.

Don't fully drain Lithium Ion batteries. If possible recharge them before they drop below 50% capacity.

For those of us in Saskatchewan:

Historically speaking, November and March (the shoulders of Winter) are usually when we see the most amount of snow.

Don't break out the sandals until April, because by May it should be nice enough for us to have a warm June and a hot July before it cools off in August.
