Saltlik has a decent bar on the main floor, if you're into that kinda crowd.

Pubs in Van....I like the Irish Heather in Gas Town mostly because they have so much scotch, although its not very cheap.

Elwoods in Kits is better than anything else in Kits. Although I've heard The Local is alright, have yet to check it out. I'm sure I'll be there over the summer considering they have one of the cities best patios.
