My question is has anyone heard of or used this before? And if so did it work?

Like a stitch in the side sort of thing?
I always use to get those jogging when I was a young teenager too. I never get them now.
The solution for me was to not jog until at least 2 hours after I had eaten a meal. When I jog now (or even some other exercises; crunches give me them) immediately after a meal I still get them.
Here's wikipedia, for what it's worth:

So definitely try jogging on an empty stomach first before you go out and buy anything.
