I tried to make an Eric Nystrom to Dustin Boyd special, but I forgot to add half a can of water and I left the lid on.

Had some pasta with meatballs, and a side garden salad. Tons of water.
I am trying to go a month without pop and I am already losing it. I really think I have a problem. It's pop, for the love of all, it shouldn't be this hard to not have it.

I have yet to have lunch, I am still trying to get my laptop to work before I head to school to do some work with buddies. So lunch is going to be something like Tim's or something.
Any suggestions?

I cannot drink diet. The aspartame/sucralose in that shiz gives me grief with my digestive system. If I am going to drink pop, it has to be the real stuff.
Yesterday I had Vernors ginger ale for the first time in a while. That stuff is incredible with vanilla ice cream.

I always drink diet. I don't really like the taste of the original stuff, it's way too syrupy sweet for me. However, my concern is what it is going to do to my teeth. I've read and been told that it's really bad for your teeth, weakens the enamel, so I am cutting it out. I like my teeth. I'd like to keep them.

Don't drink diet. Ever. It's crazy bad for you. You don't even have to swallow diet sodas for it to be bad for you. Even tasting it causes your body react negatively.
Fwiw, I've decided to de-chub myself a little. I've gone off soda and the greasy fast foods too.

Is the diet worse than the original stuff then?
Either way, I've cut it out entirely, for the good of my teeth.

McDonalds Double Big Mac, Fries and Coke.
They are giving double the beef for no extra cost at the McDonalds in Horizon (32nd Ave) in the NE. They didn't give a reason why, but perhaps it related to all the renos the building is undertaking, and that there is currently no drive thru.

It's the acids in the drinks that are bad for your enamel not the sweetener.

It's the sweetener. Your body reacts poorly because artificial sweeter can be hundreds of time sweeter then natural sweeteners. As soon as you taste something that sweet your body gets flooded with insulin.

And what does insulin have to do with your teeth?

I had a Quizno's beef and cheese sub, with a side of milk. I like the beef and cheese, because the large costs less than five dollars, and you can add a drink and the price still adds up to less than the cost of one large gourmet sub. This place is better than Subway.
