I hope so. The reports out of camp so far are that he's not blowing anyone away with his coverage skills, but that he is at the very least an amazing return guy. Sorry, no links, but listening to Denver sports radio has its advantages.

McNabb got a raise but not an extension. He's got two years left on his deal.

Bad news for eagles fans. Ingram out with torn ACL, and Jackson hyperextends knee. The ESPN article does not seem to make the JAckson knee thing too serious.

Makes me sick. It's same ACL Ingram tore in college. Hopefully he gets back in time for next year but I doubt he'll ever be the same player. Jackson should be fine.

Aaron Curry signs in SEA for 6yr/60$m, $34 guaranteed, which would be the highest non QB rookie guaranteed $ contract.

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/traini...ory?id=4386263

Good to have it done for a quality player and person...all things going to plan, SEA won't have to pay a top 10 draft pick for more than a few years.

Weak. I was looking forward to watching the kid play. I do hope he is back next year.

Pioli just can't resist his old New England guys as the Chiefs claim Matt Guttierez off waivers from the Patriots. I guess he's hoping one of these Patriot cast off QB's will be a NFL calibre player. Hopefully it's the guy he gave 63 million to.

Chiefs will go 1-15 and still not draft a QB.

I am loving the old school jerseys. I can't wait to see the ol school creamsicle Buccaneer jerseys this year.

Even the refs are wearing throwbacks!

Nice of Vince Young to give us a preview of the kind of stuff that's going to get him in the Hall of Fame. Well done Vince, well done.

Michael Vick can't be that bad of a guy if Tony Dungy is working with him.
Wonder what team will get him!

He definitely couldn't have a better mentor.

Dungy seems to be the kind of guy that would work with anyone if he thinks he can help them. In fact the worse off they are the better it may be for Tony in terms of how much he feels he can help the individual.

The AFL had already merged with the NFL by the time the Buccaneers came into the league in 1976. So I don't think you will see any Tampa Bay throwbacks since the whole point of the throwbacks this season is for the 50th anniversary of the American Football League.

The HOF induction speeches were awesome on Saturday night. It was a very special moment for Kansas City Chiefs fans to see Derrick Thomas enshrined. Carl Peterson had a great speech.

I get the whole AFL thing, and I really like the old school jerseys. It does not sound like every team will be wearing throwbacks but the creamsicle is definitely coming back baby!

"Tampa Bay hasn't worn its old orange and white uniforms since the 1996 season, but the Bucs will bring back Bucco Bruce for their home game vs. the Green Bay Packers in honor of the 1979 NFC Championship team on Nov. 8"

Cool, one of my favorite McFarlane Sports Picks in my collection is Derrick Brooks in the creamsicle uniform.

Trent Cole went down in Eagles camp today with a sprained shoulder. Kevin Kolb sprained his knee. They're dropping like flies in Lehigh. Reid might want to consider resting the starters until Thursday.

I heard it could be Kolb's ankle.

Edit: It is his knee, they say he is getting an MRI for precautionary reasons.

Twitter is the greatest tool ever to follow training camp.

That being said, I think I'm getting excited to see how Harvin is used in the Minnesota offense. Him plus Peterson will be an explosive combo, and can't be hard to have them on the field at the same time.
