Have to say, I think the casting of the original Star Wars films was spot on. Great chemistry there. Episodes I-III however, all I wanted to see was Hayden Christiensen and Jake Lloyd get eaten by Gundars.... or their arms torn off by Wookies....

And... not necessairly bad casting, but for bad movies - No Country For Old Men & There Will Be Blood. These two movies made me want to scratch my eyes out with a tooth pick!!!
You have obviously never seen Session 9.

Seconding the Nicholas Cage and Hayden Christensen hate. Ugh.

Worst casting choice ever?

Hands down, Sean Connery in The Rock.

Seriously, another Michael Bay steaming pile of crap for the idiot masses, the only man who makes Nicholas Cage look good is Connory laughing his way to the bank while he phones the whole movie in. You couldn't pay me to watch that hackneyed tradgedy of celluloid.

speaking of Nicky Coppola...I just saw the trailer for Knowing.

seriously, Cage needs a new hairdo, pronto. this:

...is NOT working. did not work in National Treasure, Bangkok Dangerous, Next...etc. Heck it did not work for Tom Hanks in DaVinci Code.

The Rock is such absolute filth. The part when Connery steals the Humvee and the lame Italian guy comes running out. That's when I turned it off.
