What happened to SILO? I thought they were signed on to make that movie.
Not sure.....they may mention it or they may never bring it up again. If I had to guess, Dana Gordon somehow got out of the contract with Billy Walsh and Vince. after the failure of Medellin, why would she want to pursue a film written by an absolute nutjob. but yes, I agree, they should mention it on the show.

Anyone else watch Fringe last night? I'm interested enough that I'll watch at least another episode. The acting was all great, especially John Noble, the writing is so-so; it'll have to keep on its toes to avoid being a X-Files light.

I for some reason didn't really get into Fringe last night, it wasn't bad it wasn't great, it was meh, and I ended up switching back and forth between it and a documentary called "The recruiter"

Season 3 Episode 1 of Dexter was "leaked" and is available for download.

Watched it last night, season 3 looks good!

I did watch Fringe last night. I watched it because I don't like to watch any more shows with the usual plots. This one is different. I liked the first episode and as mentioned, the acting was great.

Found it on a torrent site if you're interested. Had about 5500 seeders, so time for downloading shouldn't be an issue

Enjoy!

Ya I caught it the other day too, good to have the boyz back! E was a beauty in the first scene too, wearin an Islanders t-shirt and drinkin a Molson Ex. I've heard before that he's a diehard Isles fan, he was wearin an Islanders hat in the season premiere last year too.

As for what you were sayin, ya I notice alot of stuff on that show just seems to get "forgotten". Like what about their dog Arnold? Haven't seen him since season 3. And whatever happened with that chick Turtle was seein in season 3, the one at the sneakers store with the over-protective father? Seemed like things were progressing, and then next thing you know she's just gone with absolutely no explanation.

Yeah, I watched Dexter a few days ago when another poster said it had been leaked and really enjoyed it.

Problem is now I have to wait three weeks for the next eppy!

I am watching Fringe right now, and I definitely like it enough to give it another go. Nothing mindblowing, but this is the kind of thing I like watching, this fringe supernatural mystery X-File-ish type show.

Plus, I have always had a crush on Pacey... I mean, Joshua Jackson.

I watched and enjoyed Fringe:

"Fringe" mixes elements of "The X-Files" and Paddy Chayefsky's "Altered States" with what Abrams calls "a slight 'Twilight Zone' vibe." It will focus on brilliant but possibly crazy research scientist Walter Bishop, his estranged son and a female FBI agent who brings them together.

Episodes will explore self-contained mysteries of the paranormal, as well as the relationships between the three leads.

"So much of the story is relatable people in extraordinary situations," Abrams said. "The show is definitely a nod to 'Altered States' and 'Scanners' and that whole Michael Crichton/Robin Cook world of medicine and science." There'll also be an overriding mythology that will come into play from time to time, as well as a healthy dose of humor.

I thought Walter Bishop was familiar, then I realized the actor played Denethor in LOTR Return Of the King (John Noble).

I watched the first half of the dexter season 1 finale on the train this morning. Man am I ever loving that show. Really excited to see the rest of it this evening. I'm trying to catch up as quickly as I can to avoid spoilers.

So House tonight?

Its not just you, I've been really underwhelmed by the whole thing so far this year.

Even the stone cold company killer is a massive cliche layered in fat.

Probably going to drop this as one of my to watch shows.

House premiers tonight right? Episode 2 is next week?

Used to watch House a lot, but then they rotated half the cast off and I lost interest. But now a certain crush of mine is guest starring in episode 2, so I'll give the show another shot... :P

Going to watch Bones seasons 1-4 this year and catch up, I've heard so many great things and I'd like to see it from scratch.
That was a great show. Not only did they not pick it up for a second season, but there are doubts that it will get a DVD release, which leaves me greatly peeved.

On-topic, I'm really looking forward to Heroes this season. I know that "Generations" kind of sucked, but I was heartened by the way the season ended, and if all the stuff I've read about "Villains" is true, it's gonna be a wicked year.

For those who are interested, Season 8 of the Ultimate Fighter starts this Wednesday. It airs right after Ultimate fight night live (on Spike of course).
