Also high maintenance girls are usually hot, hence why they are high maintenance
As much as we complain about high maintenance women, most men want one (to a degree). We don’t want a girl who is “one of the guys” because we have our friends for that.
It’s kind of like how most women complain about how all men are jerks but inevitably end up dating one

So women can only be one or the other? Either high maintenance or "one of the guys"? I would like to think that at least some of us fall somewhere in between the two...

I sure hope so, or I'm going to be single forever!
EDIT: That didn't sound right for some reason. What I meant to say is that I hope that guys can see that there are girls in between the two because if not, I'd say I'm more on the "one of the guys" side as opposed to the "high maintenance" side, so if guys don't go for that end of the spectrum, I may be single forever.

Can't remember where I heard this but it goes like this:
"The problem with dating a hot girl is everyone is always trying to F^^k her and eventually she'll give in."
And I couldn't agree more... So I'm just fine with a average girl that isn't a b!tch personally.
oh and Rubecube, man you really screwed the pooch on this one... you have essentially told your GF that football is more important to you then she is, even if that not what you said or what your arguing about literally thats is what she is really arguing about and now worried about... so she will now constantly test that theory until her insecurities are assured that is not the case, which they never will be because you'll always want to watch football... every Sunday you will have some B.S. thrown your way... might want to dump her now and save your self the grief...

Hmmm men say we're tough to figure out. What if you're pretty and kind of high maintenance-looking...but you like to do what are stereotypically "guy" things like SERIOUSLY work out, play hockey, play poker, play guitar in a heavy metal band. Guess I'm alienating all kinds of men huh?
