You know what? They've got the fireplace going on Bell. But I haven't seen FPAG. And they have the crappy music.

I figured I'd bump this. When I bought the PPV for tonight's game it went from 4 until 8:00.

Obviously the hockey game is not 4 hours long, usually somewhere around 3.

Guess what you get for the difference....

Oh yeah, thats right, a full load of FPAG! Worth every penny of my $13 +fees.

Plus, FPAG's production value is almost the exact same as the PPV's.....

I actually enjoyed the commentary on FPAG much more than the game:

Simmer - "Well Roger, I really thing FPAG has picked up his game - you can tell he's got the enthusiasm back, and it shows in the amount of stirring he's been doing lately."

Millions - "I think you've got a good point there Charlie. Since the beginning of December, there's been a big change in how he approaches his game, and that's good news for FPAG fans. Ok, we're back to live action - FPAG is lugging it up-carpet, he's looking for open space - now he's dangling the wood out there, looking to pass it off - SCORES!!!! Fireplace Arm Guy puts it upstairs over the embers and into the pile from a sharp angle! Oh what a move, he had everyone fooled there!"

Simmer - "Great move by FPAG - you could see the play developing, but the fireplace was unable to get the screen across the front in time to keep that log out. Now he's got five of them in there, and it looks like a long night of smouldering ahead. Now down to Deb, who is standing by with the hero of last year's playoffs, Other Fireplace Arm Guy."

(Deb M is facedown, snoring, with a spilt glass of eggnog lying by her hand).

Millions - "Er - looks like we have some technical problems downstairs, let's see the replay on that instead."

The New England Patriots had a fireplace scene projected on their jumbo screen during pre game today. No word on any FPAG sighting. This is the closest thing we have to FPAG in the States, so I'm reaching...

Carry on.

His flannel-clad burly arm has been sighted by almost 12 cashiers in the Calgary area alone...:

Cashier: That'll be $10.25 please.....
FPAG: Oh, I have a quarter....here you go.

- FPAG extends hand clutching quarter -

Cashier: I'd recognize that arm movement anywhere, such form, amazing grace such fluid motion.... You're FPAG!!!

The guy's famous. I wonder if he signs autographs anywhere.

Fireplace Arm Guy is going strong for the holidays. Stokin that fire like a pro.

Also, I walked into Visions electronics the other day, FPAG 2 is like $9 and they had FPAG in HD on a huge screen TV.

You can see the veins in his arm under all that burly hair. The clarity is unbelievable.

They've dropped the christmas music though. People probably complained that that wanted to hear him playing with his wood. Makes sense.

This dude is a machine. Everytime I think about FPAG I'm reminded of George's Hand-Modelling days.

Don't be ridiculous. FPAG is NOT a waste of HD bandwidth.
