BOOOOOORRIIIIIIIIINNNNNNGGGG
The New York and Montreal scenes were so fake it's embarassing.
The Hiro story arc is taking way to long.

Man. This show continues to dissapoint. Everything is so expected - oooh guess what a virus? I betcha didn't see that coming. Lame.
Hiro is just a whiney now - no longer funny, and not evolving to "Bad Ass Hiro" that we saw in the future.
Claire has somehow reverted to an immature teenager willing to put her and her family's life on the line now on a daily basis by taking unnecessary risks. Unrealistic and the entire storyline belongs in Smallville not Heroes.
Actually this whole show feels like Smallville now.
And please stop spending time on the Mexican who cries. I DON'T CARE ABOUT HER AND HER LAME POWER.

Yeah, Peter, Sylar and Hiro were all just awesome characters last season, and this year they're just weak and boring. I don't know, things are going to have to change quick, but judging from this episode it won't be changing for the better.

I agree with some of what you're all saying, but I quite like what they're doing with Horn Rimmed Glasses. He's by far the character with the most depth and potential for developement and he's all about getting things done. I hope he doesnt die, but have the paintings ever lied?

You just don't understand her. She's SO EMO.. You'll never understand. She actually cries black tears and makes everyone else around her so sad they do the same.
Seriously though.. Some*freaking*thing NEEDS to happen, there needs to be a POINT to the show already. Hurry it up!

What's missing this year is a sense of urgency. Last year it was pretty clear - Save the Cheerleader, Save the World. I know it's early in the season, but substitute a virus for an exploding man and you really just get a rehash of last year. Or so it seems anyways.
Not sure what the hate on for Maya and bro is about. C'mon - killer Gene Simmons black tears - that's way better than flying IMHO. It's the Hiro story line that's killing me. Predictable. At least the Smallville Claire scenes have a very hot Hayden to keep our interest.

No it wasnt the apocalyptic New York explosion, but there was still technically an explosion in New York, just miles above ground zero. Perhaps HRG won't really die, he'll just lose an eye and become the one eye'd HRG
I guess Ando was supposed to die last season, but someone will have to refresh me on whether that was forseen in a picture or if it was information passed on from future Hiro.

I don't think this season has been a complete bore, like most people on here seem to.
I like the storylines with HRG trying to take down the company and the conspiracy surrounding it, Matt tracking down his father, Peter's memory loss and the new hero who learns what she sees. The storylines I find uninteresting at the moment are Hero in the past, Claire and her boyfriend and Maya and her brother. So, for me, there's enough in it to keep it interesting. It's still better than most shows on television right now.

Too bad she's not hot in them.. She really shouldn't be wearing her hair pulled back that tight. It pulls back the skin on her forehead that is creating a tension which clogs the pores. That's why she has some light pattern dryness around her scalp. // Heh

God dammit. Hiro was my favorite character, and now he's turned into a love-sick . Frick. That makes me so mad. Ando was awesome too, and now he's stuck reading Hiro's story. How are those scenes of him sitting with the scribe even necessary?! Geez.
Claire's storyline continues to piss me off. I guess they needed at least one or two storylines (along with the girl that can do what she sees) to appeal to pre-teens but all the teen angst and that crap is just beyond ridiculous.
Suresh is so predictable, the twins + Sylar just angers me as well.
Good storylines? Parkman, his dad and Nathan is pretty cool. HRG is not bad either, he seems to be reverting to his old ways, lots of development here. I'm still very curious about Angela Petrelli and what they're doing with all of the old clique.

Suresh is the worst actor on the show. God he is bad.
Eitherway, alot of fluff and very little intrigue. I could honestly care less about any of these story arcs.

Actually, I'd say Bob is the worst actor on the show. He seems to shifty, and talks with a stick up his arse. Mohinder piss me off too though, he goes through way too many personal philosophical conflicts. I'm glad in the preview for next week, he gets his arse beat up by Nicki. Whoot!
I don't understand what the hell is going on with Parkman and Petrelli. What exactly are they trying to do right now? I'm so lost - first it was take care of Molly, then it was hunt Parkman's dad, and somewhere in the middle of are Parkman's divorce and Petrelli's drinking problem. This is on top of helping HRG bring the company down. ARRGH TOO MUCH
And oh yeah, when Peter went to Montreal and future New York, that had to be the worst blue-screening every captured on Primetime television in the 21st century. Good god, you could see the folds in the screen, and the break with the floor.
Kring needs to step things up, he's disappointing alot of people this year.

I agree that this season hasn't been what last season was, but I don't think it's been all bad. As awesome as it would have been to see Peter come back full on like last season there was no way they could develop a storyline around him with how powerful he's become. Memory loss is as good a means as any to control what he can do so that he can face some challenges in this season. The same goes for Sylar, although I'm guessing his loss is more of a test tube tryout from the company.
I think we're about to see bad ass Hiro, which should make the horrible Ando reading the scripts about his journey worth it. Now that Kensei has left him in the hands of the enemy and Yakeo(sp?) is threatened he'll have to become the man we know he will in the future. Of course if they hadn't drawn out the development of his apparent love for her it would have been less believable that he could change so drastically.
The Claire and twins scenes really suck. I can see some benefit in the Claire scenes in that a greater distrust is being developed between her and HRG, but I wish it just wasn't so lame. They aren't advancing her plot much anyways so why waste time on stupid games like scaring the cheerleader into making an ass of herself. The twins scenes on the otherhand don't really develop anything that I can see. Sure, it was kind of cool to see Sylar planning to kill them and take their powers, but whoopdee doo. Last season saw far less annoying characters have their powers stolen by Sylar in a much shorter time span and I wish it would have stayed that way.

Wow Dan, I didn't even think you knew what a eugoogly was, but now I'm impressed.
I agree with most of the people in here, I've had enough of the stupid Claire storyline, but I'm pretty interested to see what happens with Peter.

Okay I need some help.
I swear I watched Season 2 right from the beginning but then stopped in the 3rd week because I really liked the show and wanted to watch from the start. So I went and bought Season 1 on DVD and watched it from Chapter 1 to 17 this week (I have been home sick )...
So how does Peter get to Ireland? And Sylar get to Mexico?
Did I miss an episode or is this something they haven't explained yet?
I really wish I would have saved all Season 2 on the PVR it would have made life easier...anywhere online I can watch the Season 2 epidsodes again?
Thanks!

they haven't really said either way. Sylar was taken to Mexico by the company presumably. He also lost his powers because of the serum that Suresh was supposed to use on the black chick (thats my guess but it seems obvious)
