I still pop in and settle issues fairly regularly. I don't know what you're talking about with Ridus, though...has he messaged you asking you to drop Maritime Q-Scout? He hasn't said a word to me.

Oddly enough I never got a message about withdrawing support for Q-Scout... wait a second... haha
Regardless, not sure who he is. It is possible to ban him. I did get a message a few weeks ago from The Axis of Esksfans Nation of Hurtin Bleeding Hearts

Well I withdrew from the UN when the UN imposed policies started killing my civil & political rights (at least, they were both excellent, then when I joined the UN they tanked, and when I resigned from the UN I got them back up to Excellent & Superb). If I'm not in the UN I can't endorse anyone.
