And at what point does a player shift from too young to know how to win games to being a veteran who can help win the games? The Flames aren’t exactly young with a ton of rookies .

It’s amazing the above with Backlund , Lomberg , Huberdeau and Weegar would completely fall apart culture wise if Coleman and Kadri were gone !

I was talking to people who wanted to sell off ALL the veterans, including Backlund, Lombard, and Weegar, and Huberdeau if you can find a buyer.
It's laughable that you think Sharangovich, who can't figure out his own game consistently enough to avoid being a healthy scratch, is fit to teach it to younger players. Farabee has a similar problem. Bahl is still learning. That leaves Frost and… nothing, apparently.
