Miromanov was carrying the puck out of his zone and - unpressured - he passed it over to the boards where 2 Flames were on their way to get off.
I think the whole 'hockey IQ' gets overused, but that was just a bone-headed play.

Tough pick.
Bru doesn’t have to clear waivers so I’m hiding him in the AHL for injury call up
Small sample size but I like Kuznetsov with the mix we have. I also know how much he was scouted and that other teams have interest so I probably place my bet there.

I'm with you guys about Kuznetsov ahead of Solovyov, he's a couple of years younger, and he's a very big relatively mobile stay at home D. I really think he can turn into another Bahl.
At the same time I thought Solo has been joining the rush a bit more, and showing some more offensive instincts in pre-season.
Poirier is really having a rough game.
