The difference is, nobody cares if Hanley does it.
If Parekh has a gaffe, or is on the ice for the the goal that eliminates the team from the playoffs, that’s not good.
Let Jake Bean #### up and wear that.
Then you play Parekh in the next game with no pressure, you let him cook on the powerplay and everyone can spend the summer talking about how “we’d have made the playoffs if we just played Zayne” instead of “Parekh giveaway puts final nail in flames playoff coffin”.
