Avs talent and skill really shows up our lack of both. It’s kinda depressing. I didn’t expect much, but things did feel pretty fun for a while. This is not that.

It feels like the Flames players realize the writing on the wall after the EDM OTL. If there's a hope of dropping down to 10 then great. But it's deflating for sure considering how bullish things were not so long ago.
Sure wish we didn't have so many games left.

Calgary is playing hard. Colorado is just way too good. Calgary’s doing things that work against NYR or NJD. But not against Colorado.

Lots of reasonable seats available in the lower bowl, but as I told a coworker earlier today, driving an hour each way while dealing with rush hour traffic one way, paying for parking, and watching Calgary put up 10 SOG in a half a game, doesn’t inspire enthusiasm.
The Flames do not match up with the Avs and haven’t since that playoff series in 2019 where I was sitting in the lower bowl and watched that pathetic performance in game 3 (6-2 loss).
I felt cheated after paying to watch that game….
