Same here. I've reserved my CP consumption for my computer...I've given up on my phone and tablet, it's near impossible to use and view.

I'm sure it'll get worked out and adjusted. All good!

It’s not, but nobody suggested it was. You said you couldn’t understand it so he was just providing some insight.

+1 for brave on Android. Just wish there was a bookmark import option.

Lovely. I’ll send my 6/100 of a cent per page view and save my sanity while supporting the site. You’ll have to fill me in on the one weird hack that will get me more Social Security benefits.

From what I understand the anchor ads have been removed.

But I never saw them so let me know if that's not the case.

Thanks to those that were supportive and patient ...

For me the bottom row ad strip is gone on mobile. On desktop it's back to the way it used to be, with a fixed height, and it doesn't expand any more like it had been doing. Looks good, browsing and scrolling is easier now. Thanks! I know these things aren't as easy to resolve as they might seem.

You said you can't imagine why people would ever browse without an adblocker. It was explained to you why some people choose to do that. And now you are getting snippy.

Also Bingo has stated he has no interest in doing a fundraiser (if you read this thread you'd know that) so ads is the only way to support the site.

I still see an ad on mobile device but the ad is not blocking any part of the page anymore. Definitely a solid solution in my books.

Thanks, Bingo, to you and your technical staff. This is a big improvement.

There is one hockey site I hardly visit at all anymore because the ads are so intrusive. Sometimes I have to close as many as six ads (including a couple of videos) to clear away the clutter so I can read the article. It's a great relief to know that CP isn't going that way.

Yeah so I just got a fun new type of ad, only happened once so far but it took up my entire screen and had to be scrolled by (like in the middle of news articles except it popped up immediately after loading the OT forum). I’ve only seen one so far but if this is the fix, it’s not much better.

This was on my mobile browser using chrome.
