I mean he should be the biggest driver.
He's just sucked for so long expectations are nothing

Would be nice if the Flames ditched sportsnet for TSN at some point in the next 10 years. Would be nice to hear some discussion idk about the Flames in the intermission.

He’s playing with pretty much a 1st year C and a player they want to have a bounce back season and also hoping he has a back season.
It’s not ideal.
People wanted to hand out 6 year deals to Kuzmenko because he’s funny. He has 1 goal and is invisible most nights.

Drafting a center in the first round and having them convert to goalie would be the Flames luck

As far as wishful thinking goes, I’d love to see Sharangovich and Kuzmenko find some chemistry today, take the spotlight off of Huberdeau and then him & Mantha sneak a few in too. Kadri will probably drive play towards a goal one way or another.

Thanks to 5 points in the first 2 games.
Let's not pretend his play hasn't dropped off again. I'm just saying, our PP will go as far as his passing and decision making with the puck takes us, and it's been poor since game 3. As Paulie Walnuts pointed out, Kuzmenko is also struggling.

lol blaming the PP on Huberdeau when they catered it to Kuzmenko is hilarious. Also when you have a puck hog like Kadri on it.

I agreed with you that Kuzmenko is also struggling. It's a poor recipe for success when they're both playing poor.
Huberdeau should absolutely be the PP driver though given his passing abilities/reputation, not to mention his contract.
I know overall expectations are low for Huby by this point, but come on.

Kyle Connor should use Invisalign instead of a mouth guard.

We’re level tonight 5v5. If we can just keep the other team out of the box, we may have a chance.

Horrible PP. Huberdeau bobbling everything and trying to force passes.
They look like they're falling back to earth and have not looked good the last couple of games against good teams. Will be fascinating to see how things play out in the next few weeks.
