If Wolf isn't doing commercials for Wolfe Cadillac this season, I'll be very disappoint.

That period was awesome. A lot of the young Flames looked good, including Dustin Wolf, who looked very calm. My favorite play was Honzek's zone entry and beautiful secondary assist on the 3rd goal. That is the nicest play I've seen from Honzek. I'm very happy to see Honzek show confidence.

Bean had a good first period in the flaming C. Nice wrister that lead to the first goal and some deft passing in his own zone.

while Honzek didn't get an assist on the 1st goal, crashing the net is what set that up
Coronato essentially setup his own goal creating the o-zone turnover leading to his goal.
Bet Huska liked those plays as much as the actual goals and points scored

Bean, Bishop and Pachal stood out to me. Pachal looks a lot more calm and under control. Early of course but he could be one to watch on the back end. Still young but he filled in admirably last year and hopefully he improves on that. Looks like a solid pair with Bean.
Thought Bishop was the best forward. Just missed on a second great pass near the end there. Calm and under control. Sees the ice well and is tenacious. Career AHLer but maybe he's a late surprise.

So far bru and gridin passing the eye test for me. They look good on the ice. Especially
Bru, very mature play so far.

Parekh was on the ice earlier. Not sure if he saw less time. Didn't notice him.

Now that you mention it, no he hasn't been out there but was supposed to be
Edit - Others say he was there. I stand corrected

Coronato still needs more work on his skating and edge work. He's a little wild out there.

Hunt making a case early, Wolf looks like an nhl goalie out there, Pachal noticeably good, like a young Regehr out there. Nice to see some hockey.
