Battaglia is going to be interesting to watch in his draft+1.
It's interesting if you look at his in-season progression it's very similar to Sennecke who went 3rd OV based on that progression, and Cowan in 22/23 who had a huge Draft+1 last year.
Battaglia:
First 29 Games: 12 Goals, 12 Assists, 24 points, 68 Shots
Final 38 Games: 19 Goals, 22 Assists, 41 points, 100 Shots
Sennecke:
First 29 Games: 10 Goals, 16 Assists, 26 points, 90 Shots
Final 34 Games: 17 Goals, 25 Assists, 42 points, 116 Shots

There is a badminton tournament thing going on in the rink they usually go with, so they are next door in arena C

Mews looks like a guy who should've gone way earlier than he did

Nice. He's the guy I wanted with our 28th overall pick.

Based on half a practice’s worth of observation, I’d start Stromgren in the NHL ahead of Pelletier.

We are so lucky to have a elite / high-performance training facility like WinSport's Markin MacPhail Centre. Few other cities in the world have anything remotely similar to this.

I'm so jacked up to watch tomorrow. Would love if Stromgren continues to progress, lots of positivity around him today from the sounds of it.

So far I am most impressed by the pace and design of the drills and overall flow of practice. Well done to the Skill Dev group of the Flames.

The worst guy I ever saw at a dev camp was a Mathieu Schneider. Not only was the guy slooooow he looked like he could barely skate at all. Just awful.
Those are from the nightmare years when the only interesting prospect at camp was Eric Nystrom (though at one point a kid with the last name of Giordano showed up too)

Always curious to see which prospects stop to say hi to the young kids waiting for a fist bump.
Lots walk by, but who’s the first to stop, sign an autograph and talk to the kids: Stromgren
Super hyped to see group 2!

I think the top ten is going to be real contest.
For me fuys that are in the A have the advantage ad they are all ready playing a higher level however the sheer possibilities of someone like parehk can completely skew results.

Oh boy, there's a name I haven't thought of in a very long time. Dark days for sure... I think this has triggered some trauma.

Can anyone give me a coles notes on Stromgren? Until now I haven't really followed prospects closely so i'd appreciate any insight. Is it surpising that he's leading the charge so far? Or it was expected he'd be good, just not this good
