Just a general question. I’m thinking most of these milestones probably have bonuses attached? Honest question because I really don’t know. And those bonuses would probably count against the cap next season? I don’t think flames will be a cap team but just wondering.

No, none of them will. Only entry-level players, 35+ players, or veterans who have missed significant recent time can have performance bonuses on their contracts.
For ELC players, there's a minimum threshold to qualify too (I think it's 20 goals, 30 assists, and 50 points).
